All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Game Court as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure that services and products are supplied to you. The information you provide is only available to Game Court and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Game Court to delete or correct the information held about you.
Force Majeure
Events outside Game Court’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Game Court is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Payment
All products and services remain Game Court’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. All costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Game Court. All transfers conducted through Game Court are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Please contact Game Court before cancelling any bookings.
Bookings made by groups after the facility has closed (12am or later) must be made at least 6 hours in advance and are subject to cancellation if Game Court cannot meet the booking time. If we are unable to fulfill the time booked, we will reschedule the booking.
Food is strictly prohibited within the facilities. If you are hosting a party and wish to bring food, you must purchase a party package through our website. Without booking the appropriate package, no outside food will be permitted.

By booking time and clicking book now through Game Court, you and your entire party agree to becoming members, and hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that occur while attending, exercising or participating at Game Court. You hereby waive all claims against Game Court, its instructors, or partners of individually or otherwise, for any and all injuries, claims or damages that might occur to you or members of your party during your booking.
Game Court and its staff hold no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
We do not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of the content posted by third parties.

Game Court reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product and service offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product or service is sold out, Game Court. has the right to cancel the order/booking.
